Oat and Paw really took the time and effort to make sure this urn and custom carving of my cat, was perfect. They very easily fixed a color difference I wanted changed, and were communicative about the whole process, including processing updates. Came securely packaged, and quickly after shipping. It brought me and our household so much comfort to have such a warm, and beautiful place to put his ashes. The custom carving isn't secured to the top upon arrival, and I really appreciated that. It kept it safer, and I also can choose to know adhere it to the urn, and hold it when I miss my Stinky.

I’ve been grieving heavily since my Juniper passed this June. She was such a special bunny who loved everyone she met. I’ve been missing her deeply in my home and heart. I received her ashes shortly after she passed but I hadn’t been able to open that package. When I opened this urn yesterday and got to see my beautiful bunny again, it helped heal something. I was able to open her ashes and put them in the urn. I held my bunny once more. I’ve now put her in the room that was once hers and I get to see her again every time I look at this carving of her. It really looks just like her and captures her gentle demeanour. Thank you for the care and time put into bringing my Juniper home

After losing my boy, Darwin, I was struggling to find a home for his cremains when I came across Oat & Paw. I was immediately taken with the urns and spent some time choosing and sending in photos. All communication was clear, professional and compassionate. The urn is quality and made with love and attention. I asked for one small addition in the paint work and it was immediately seen to. I felt like Darwin was cared about by Oat & Paw just as much as I cared for him. The urn arrived yesterday, one day before Darwin's "gotcha" day anniversary. Tonight we're going to pop him into his new home and tell him, "we gotcha forever now, bud."

Wow. What can I say? We are blown away. We lost our precious boy 3.5 weeks ago. We ordered this 3 days later and it was with us within 3 weeks. And our boy Mango has been done such incredible justice. Thank you, it is truly stunning and our baby’s ashes sit beautifully here.
