Terms of service

About us

This website and store are operated by Di Wang, a sole trader trading as oat and paw. These terms apply to purchases from oatandpawstudio.com. Our business address is available on our Contact information page.

Products and orders

Please review the product description, dimensions, capacity and selected options before ordering. For personalised products, please check your photos, engraving details and other instructions carefully.

Our products are handmade. Natural wood grain, colour and individual carving details may vary between pieces. This does not affect your rights to receive products that match their description and are of satisfactory quality.

Prices and payment

The price, currency and available payment methods are shown at checkout. Please review the total before completing your purchase.

Custom orders and delivery

Custom orders are made from your photos and instructions. We will send you photos of the completed sculpture for review before finishing and dispatch. Requested revisions may extend the timeline. Details of the approval and revision process are available on our Our process page.

The estimated time from placing an order to receiving it is usually 3–4 weeks. The actual timing can vary with production, customer approval, revisions, shipping and customs clearance. This is an estimate, rather than a guaranteed delivery date. Please contact us for an update on your order.

We offer free worldwide shipping.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Our Returns & Refunds policy explains custom-order cancellations, non-personalised returns, return postage, inspections and refunds. Your rights concerning faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods remain unaffected.

Privacy

Please see our Privacy policy for information about how personal data is handled.

Consumer rights and contact

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any mandatory consumer rights or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

For questions about an order, these terms or a complaint, email deeee.wang@gmail.com. You can also write to the address on our Contact information page.
