Why do some items take longer to process?
Many of our pieces are handmade from ceramic or wood and personalised with your pet’s name and portrait. This takes time — especially for ceramics, which need to dry before firing.
For non-custom items, we’ll ship as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Why are some items non-returnable?
Custom items are made just for you, based on your pet’s photo and name. While handmade ceramics may have tiny bubbles or marks, each piece is truly one-of-a-kind and holds deep meaning. For this reason, we can't accept returns on personalised orders.
Custom and personalised orders
Feel free to DM me. I work with a small group of ceramic artists and woodworkers — all pet lovers with full-time jobs who come together to create meaningful pieces. If your idea is possible, I’ll create a custom listing just for you.
Custom Process & Revision Policy
1. We receive your order along with the reference photos, We start crafting.
2. After the sculpture is completed, one complimentary minor adjustment is included. For example, we can make the expression look a little happier or softer, etc
Structural changes cannot be made after carving is finished. This includes leg length, body proportions, posture, or overall structure.
For example: if the reference photo shows a short-legged dog and, after completion, longer legs are requested, this cannot be modified and would require a new piece.
3. Once you’re happy with the design and the work, we will proceed with dispatch within a few days.
Additional notes
1. If you request additional revisions beyond the included one, a £10 fee per revision applies (minor adjustments only; structural changes are not included).
A custom payment link will be provided, and each revision may extend the shipping time by around 3 days.
2. As this is a handmade artwork, not a camera or 3D scan, no handcrafted piece can ever be identical to a photograph. If you are seeking a photo-exact reproduction, this style may not be the right fit 🙂
