Description

This piece is designed to sit quietly within the home — simple, calm, and in harmony with everyday spaces, becoming part of daily life rather than standing apart.

The wooden bucket is kept close to its natural state, preserving its grain, texture, and subtle variations. Wood carries a sense of time, symbolising warmth, memory, and a gentle return to nature.

On top, we place a wooden pet sculpture to complete the piece. Together, the natural wood and the pet’s form create a balanced, thoughtful memorial — understated, but deeply meaningful.

Custom Order Process
Step 1 – Choose Figurine Material & Pose

Please select your preferred figurine pose.

The price may vary depending on the complexity of the pose. For example, a solid wood hand-carved lying down figurine requires longer making processes than sitting pose.

Step 2 – Choose Urn Size

Please select the urn size that best suits your pet’s ashes.

Step 3 – Send Your Pet Photos

Before placing your order, please upload up to 10 clear photos of your pet, including front, side, and back views. This helps us create a more accurate likeness.

Urn – Laser Engraving

You can choose to add engraving on the urn body.

Please select your preferred design number from the listing photos and provide the engraving text, such as your pet’s name, dates, or a short message.

You can send all details via message or include them in the order note at checkout.

‼️ 3D printed PLA vs our wooden figurine?
3D printed PLA and hand-carved wood have a different making process and texture.

For the wooden version, the figure is carved by hand from a piece of wood, stroke by stroke, and then painted by hand. Because every line, curve, and texture is shaped manually, it takes much longer to make. The natural wood grain also gives it a warmer, more organic handmade feel.

This is why the wooden version is more expensive — it involves more hand-carving time, material work, and craftsmanship.

💕 Size

Large
Outer diameter: 13.5 cm (≈ 5.31 inches)
Outer height: 17 cm (≈ 6.69 inches)
Inner diameter: 11.5 cm (≈ 4.53 inches)
Inner depth: 15 cm (≈ 5.91 inches)

The large urn is suitable for most pets weighing up to 85–95 lbs.

Also suitable for large breeds such as Labrador, Golden Retriever, German Shepherd, Husky, or medium breeds like Corgi, Beagle, and Shiba Inu, with extra room for small keepsakes.

✅ Secure Lid
The lid is secured with a hidden magnet, so you never need to worry about it falling off. Safe, simple, and thoughtfully designed — a meaningful resting place for your beloved companion.

❗️ Handmade Nature
Each urn is lovingly handmade, and every piece of wood has its own natural grain — no two are ever the same.
Due to the handmade process, slight size variations of 1–2 cm may occur. Each urn holds approximately 1.8 litres.

🌿 About Finish & Natural Material
This urn is finished with an eco-friendly clear coating to protect the wood while preserving its natural texture.

All pieces are air-dried before dispatch. Due to temperature and humidity changes during international shipping, the surface may occasionally feel slightly tacky on arrival. This simply means the natural curing process is still completing — just place it in a dry, ventilated space and it will settle naturally.

You may also notice a gentle natural wood scent when first opened. This is normal and will fade over time.

If you prefer your piece without any clear finish, we’re happy to accommodate — please leave a note at checkout or message us.

This piece exists because of my dog, Oat.
After losing him, I found it difficult to come across memorials that felt warm, natural, and truly part of the home. Many felt too cold, or too distant from the quiet reality of living with memory.

So I began creating pieces that feel softer — objects that don’t separate grief from daily life, but gently sit within it.
Everything we make is chosen with that intention: to bring a sense of calm, closeness, and quiet comfort.

❤️ Designed in London, handcrafted in our overseas studio.
Every piece is lovingly handmade by our artisan partners and shipped securely with full tracking.
Some ready-to-ship artwork will be shipped from the UK.

Standard international delivery usually takes 5–15 business days to the UK, EU and US.
Handcraft art work takes time and care. We truly appreciate your patience — each item is carefully crafted and gently packaged before it travels to you.

Step 1 — Choose Your Design
First, choose the options that best suit your memorial:

Figurine Style – Different poses are available, and each pose has its own price.

Memory Box / Urn Type
a. Standard – Simple wooden box.
b. Upgrade – Includes hidden magnets for a more secure closure, improved sealing, and personalised name engraving on the lid.

Step 2 — Upload Your Photos & Personalisation
Before checkout, please:

Upload clear reference photos of your pet (multiple angles are always helpful).

Leave your engraving details if you've selected the upgraded box.

Step 3 — Add to Cart & Checkout
Once you've finished selecting your options and uploading your photos, simply add the item to your cart and complete your purchase.

We'll carefully review your order and begin handcrafting your memorial.

Step 4 — Review Your Sculpture
Once your sculpture is finished, we'll email you photos for approval before moving on to the finishing stage.

One complimentary minor adjustment is included. For example, we can:

Make the expression a little softer.
Make the face look slightly happier.
Refine small facial details.

Please note that structural changes cannot be made after carving has been completed.

This includes:

Leg length
Body proportions
Overall body shape
Pose

For example, if your reference photo shows a short-legged dog and you'd later like longer legs, this would require an entirely new sculpture rather than a revision.

If you request additional revisions beyond the complimentary one, a £10 fee per revision applies (minor adjustments only).

A custom payment link will be provided, and each additional revision may extend production by approximately 3–5 business days.

Thank you for your understanding. This policy helps us keep all custom orders moving smoothly and ensures every customer's memorial is completed in a timely manner.

Step 5 — Finishing & Dispatch
Once you're happy with the sculpture, we'll apply our eco-friendly protective coating.

After the coating has fully cured, your memorial will be carefully packaged and dispatched, usually within about one week.

A Note About Handmade Art
Every memorial is individually handcrafted—not produced by a machine, 3D scanner, or automated process.

Because of this, no handmade sculpture can ever be an exact photographic copy.

If you're looking for a photo-perfect replica, this style may not be the right fit.

Instead, our goal is to capture your companion's personality, spirit, and most recognisable features while preserving the warmth and character that make every handmade piece unique.

Every sculpture is individually handcrafted by our small studio from your pet's photos. Before shipping, you'll always receive photos for approval, so you can be confident that your memorial truly feels like your beloved companion.

Estimated delivery time:

United States: 10–18 business days

Europe: 8-14 business days
Australia and New Zealand: 8-20 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and customs processing.

Shipping Guarantee: Wood is naturally durable, and every piece is carefully packed for transit. If your item arrives damaged, we’ll provide a 100% free replacement once we receive clear photos of the damage.

Custom Order Policy: As each piece is individually handmade and customised, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for non-quality-related reasons once production has begun.

Handmade Quality Check: Every piece is carefully inspected before dispatch. As natural wood varies in grain, colour, texture and markings, each item will be slightly different — making every memorial truly one of a kind.
