Step 1 — Choose Your Design

• Memory Box / Urn Type

  b. Upgrade – Includes hidden magnets for a more secure closure, improved sealing, and personalised name engraving on the lid.

Step 2 — Upload Your Photos & Personalisation
Before checkout, please:


• Upload clear reference photos of your pet (multiple angles are always helpful).

• Leave your engraving details if you've selected the upgraded box.

Step 3 — Add to Cart & Checkout
Once you've finished selecting your options and uploading your photos, simply add the item to your cart and complete your purchase.

We'll carefully review your order and begin handcrafting your memorial.

Step 4 — Review Your Sculpture
Once your sculpture is finished, we'll email you photos for approval before moving on to the finishing stage.


One complimentary minor adjustment is included. For example, we can:

• Make the expression a little softer.
• Make the face look slightly happier.
• Refine small facial details.


Please note that structural changes cannot be made after carving has been completed.


This includes:

• Leg length
• Body proportions
• Overall body shape
• Pose


For example, if your reference photo shows a short-legged dog and you'd later like longer legs, this would require an entirely new sculpture rather than a revision.

If you request additional revisions beyond the complimentary one, a £10 fee per revision applies (minor adjustments only).


A custom payment link will be provided, and each additional revision may extend production by approximately 3–5 business days.

Thank you for your understanding. This policy helps us keep all custom orders moving smoothly and ensures every customer's memorial is completed in a timely manner.

Step 5 — Finishing & Dispatch
Once you're happy with the sculpture, we'll apply our eco-friendly protective coating.

After the coating has fully cured, your memorial will be carefully packaged and dispatched, usually within about one week.

A Note About Handmade Art
Every memorial is individually handcrafted—not produced by a machine, 3D scanner, or automated process.

Because of this, no handmade sculpture can ever be an exact photographic copy.

If you're looking for a photo-perfect replica, this style may not be the right fit.

Instead, our goal is to capture your companion's personality, spirit, and most recognisable features while preserving the warmth and character that make every handmade piece unique.

Every sculpture is individually handcrafted by our small studio from your pet's photos. Before shipping, you'll always receive photos for approval, so you can be confident that your memorial truly feels like your beloved companion.
